Introductory Note:
These Stamps are BOGUS.
These stamps were privately
produced for speculative and/or propaganda
purposes and without the knowledge or
permission of the PMR authorities. They appeared in the
post-civil war period in 1992/1993.
Seemingly legitimate covers exist bearing
these stamps, but these are also bogus.
These stamps are included
here as an information services to
collectors only.
The most interesting aspect
of these stamps is the full sheet
composition. The overprint measures 21mm
wide by 34mm high and is printed
horizontally on pairs of definitive stamps
or horizontally in pairs on single
commemorative stamps.
The catalogue prefix is "SR",
for "Sun Rays". I fully accept the possibility that
there may be other types and varieties of
these stamps that I have failed to include. If you know of any other
